Mmm… Bauckhof’s Pancake & Waffle Mix makes it easy, and it not only tastes fantastic, it’s made from 100% organic, gluten-free, vegan ingredients, so even more of us can enjoy a sweet (or savoury) stack of deliciousness.

There are full instructions on the packet, including what extra ingredients you’ll need, to make standard waffles, pancakes, and vegan pancakes, and there's a recipe for thinner crêpe-style pancakes too. Each pack contains enough mix for 5-6 waffles or 10-12 American-style pancakes.

About Bauckhof

The Bauck family has been farming organically in northern Germany since the 1930s. Eduard Bauck later added an organic mill and today they operate three mills which remain a family business to this day. They believe that organic farming is the most sustainable form of farming, and aim to make as much scrumptious organic food as possible.
