And it’s made with real Sicilian lemon juice to create a refreshingly smooth and creamy concoction.

Bring the contents of the carton to the boil and boil vigorously for 2 minutes. Add a splosh of limoncello then pour into individual moulds, allow to cool slightly then simply pop in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Once set, you can decorate with fresh lemon zest, fresh fruit or coulis and serve with little biscuits for a really professional look. We won’t let the cat out of the bag! Alternatively, why not pour into a pastry case and finish with a light dusting of icing sugar to create the perfect cheat’s tarte au citron?
