The science bit

Emitting 10,000 lux of light at a distance of 10cm, Beurer’s portable daylight therapy lamp simulates natural sunlight, bringing you all the emotional benefits of a summer’s day whatever the weather’s like outside, and no matter how short the daylight hours may be. LED technology gives off an even, flicker-free light, and makes it very economical to run.
