Extending from 32cm to 49.5cm wide, this versatile shelf guarantees there’s plenty of room for all of your store-cupboard favourites. It simply slides out and clips securely into place. If you need a bit more traditional shelf or countertop space, it easily slides back in.

This new bamboo extending shelf looks very nice but for the price I didn't expect to have to glue two of the sections of wood together after taking it straight from the box. Having bought the plastic versions quite a few times in the past, this new shelf is shorter even when extended and also the actual standing spaces are narrower.
This could be a great product and from the pictures was just what I was after to fit onto my shelf. However, unfortunately I’m left feeling disappointed in the quality of this product. The wood has split in places and hasn’t been assembled as well as I was expecting. The depth of the shelf is perfect. Also not so keen on the appearance of the shelf when extended. Sadly I will be returning and continuing my search for a shelf organiser.

I have to agree with the only other review of this item. Although it looks nice, the shelves are too narrow and only just hold a spice/herb jar - the type bought generally. We have managed to organise it but it took changing some jars to make it work. Even with that, the jars still do not sit fully on the shelves but overhang slightly.
