We just celebrated Christmas with two of these garlands on the table. It made the entire room feel magical and brought joy during these Covid times. Thanks! I had no problems with the garlands - all bells attached - just put in two batteries. My sister liked them so much she wants to buy some!
This is a lovely looking product - really pretty, but unfortunately the quality is poor. I bought this online and upon opening the box about a quarter of the berries were loose rolling around in the bottom. They had come off during transit. Fortunately I have a glue gun and can stick them all back on again but more keep coming off. Customers should not have to do this as most will not have glue guns like myself. It's a shame because it's a really pretty attractive decoration, and I will definitely use it, but I suspect it will only last for one year.

On opening the box there were several of the balls rolling around in the bottom of the box and several more came off when I was taking it out and putting it away (carefully) leaving exposed, sharp spikes of metal sticking up. The balls appear to have been pushed onto the spikes and expected to stay on. They don't. Very poor quality. I didn't bother using it as I felt that more of the balls could have come off if someone accidentally brushed against it and I didn't want to risk it with small grandchildren around.

I did look at the reviews before I bought this garland and did read the various comments about baubles missing etc. But thought I would proceed with the purchase and hope my package would be better. Unfortunately there were at least 8 in the bottom of the box and at least another 8 came when trying to untangle them. In my opinion they were wrapped far too tightly it was a real struggle to get them unravelled. Very disappointed at the quality as there were others on the market much cheaper than they were. A final point I was extremely pleased at the excellent delivery service I received.
