Sweet, crunchy meringue, swathed in chocolate and finished with a little gold shimmer… ooh, we can think of a lot of ‘uses’ for these. Mostly scoffing them till they’re all gone – but if you can bear to part with them, they make a lovely little stocking filler or secret Santa gift and are great for topping Christmas desserts.
There are three flavours in the pot – milk chocolate-coated chocolate meringue, white chocolate-coated plain meringue and caramel chocolate-coated caramel meringue (we’re picking all those ones out now) and the last one is dusted with gold shimmer for a fancy festive finish.
