Having tried different bread flour brands in my bread-maker I have found that Wessex Mill bread flour is the best. The loaves rise nicely and have a delicious flavour. The six seed is my favourite.
Tried this for the first time along with the Grain Flour and was really impressed. I don't use a bread machine so can't vouch for how the bread will turn out in one. Excellent flavour and a great rise and I will definitely been buying this flour again.
I bought the Lakeland Compact Breadmaker a few weeks ago, and have been experimenting with different flours and types of bread. I have just made a brown loaf using the Six Seed Wessex Mill flour, and it is definitely the best bread that we’ve had so far. I’m delighted with it, and this will certainly be my go-to flour from now on. I’ve also noticed that they do a Pizza/Pasta flour too - think this will be the next purchase!
