"Lovely bread but pricey"
This is a really good bread mix that worked well in my bread maker. I would use again but not on a regular basis as £3.49 for one loaf of bread is expensive and I have reflected this in my rating.

If you want to enjoy a freshly baked loaf of white bread without the hassle – or a cupboard full of ingredients – PME’s Too Good (To Be True) Bread Mix will allow you to bake a delicious loaf of white bread with minimal effort. Whether you make it by hand or in your bread machine, your home will be filled with the delightful aroma of bread in no time.
Easy to use
Just add water! Forget the mess of measuring out ingredients – simply add 325ml of tepid water, use a stand mixer with a dough hook to mix for 6-8 minutes (or mix in a bowl with a wooden spoon for 10 minutes until all the water is combined), add the dough to a 2lb loaf tin, and leave to rise before popping it into the oven. Or, to make things even easier, bung the mix and water into your bread maker and wait for bread perfection.*
Versatile
You can also use the mix to make baguettes, rolls or focaccia; customise by adding seeds, olives or tomatoes; or you can even use the mix to make your own pizza bases.

Have made a couple of these up. Not overly impressed. It makes a fair loaf but neither have risen that well, the resultant loaf is lumpy in appearance and the flavour is nothing special. I have had far greater success with Carrs bread flour and other pre-mixes.Very overpriced for what it is.
tried this bread for a change its great, easy & simple to follow instructions by hand so decided not too use the bread making machine only problem i have is to leave bread to cool before munching it
This bread mix was so easy to use and the resulting loaf was well risen, light and delicious. I used the mix in my bread machine, but the instructions for hand baking were clear and concise.
