It’s really easy to make… just add water and three tablespoons of cooking oil.
This multi-seeded loaf contains sunflower, poppy, pumpkin and flax seeds plus a grain called teff (an ancient, colourful grain from Ethiopia and Eritrea used to bake the regional flatbread, injera).
