A bread mix with many fans to its name, this Gluten Free White Bread Mix from the Doves Farm Freee range can be used to make your own oven-baked bread, or set off in your bread machine if you prefer.
Just add water and three tablespoons of cooking oil to make a tasty white bread that’s not too dense or crumbly, is ideal for toast, and can be frozen after baking. And Doves Farm’s customers reckon it’s really easy to add spices or dried fruit to make a fruit loaf.

It came out much better than I expected. the dough rose up even on a cold evening and I was impressed. I'm glad I bought a couple of bags. Good to have homemade bread without the nasty additives. I will definitely repurchase.

Very easy to do and kept well for a few days in the bread bin. Lovely taste and texture, a tiny bit sweet made it feel like a proper white bread.
Really diappointing mix - followed the instructions to make by hand - and ended up with an inedible loaf.
