Did the designer try drinking from it? The rim's so wide that it's not very practical. Also the drink gets cold really quickly,& the moulded shape means there are lots of dimples & bumps inside the mug, making it difficult to clean, especially as it is obviously a hot chocolate mug! I'm also worried that it's leaking as I get a damp patch on my coaster after every use. So disappointed as I absolutely love the look of it! I was going to buy one each for all my friends, until I realised the pitfalls. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for these issues.
