Adapted from a traditional family recipe, this fabulous mix makes it really easy to bake a crispy-crusted loaf with a soft and fluffy centre and the delicious taste of sweet garlic and fragrant herbs.

Easy to use

Super-simple to make, simply combine the included baking mix with your favourite 330ml bottle of beer and stir to create a stiff batter, then place the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake for around 45 minutes. The result will be a fabulous loaf with a crispy crust and a fluffy inside, and for an extra crispy crust, why not try brushing over some melted butter before baking.
