Yes, it’s designed to keep your sink-side essentials neat and organised, but our Black Mesh Metal Sink Tidy isn’t just practical – it looks rather striking too.
With sides made from parallel bars of black-finished metal to hold everything inside, and an elevated mesh base for easy drainage, it’s tall enough to stop your dish brush from falling out, roomy enough to hold a bottle of washing-up liquid and a sponge, and you can drape your gloves and cloth over the top bar. And while the handle might look like wood – which can easily get discoloured and even start to rot if it has too many soakings, it’s actually painted metal.

Clever design and I was really pleased with it at first. But a year later the metal mesh has rusted and is constantly shedding bits of rust from its base, so I am having to look for a replacement.

Neat looking - could do with being a bit bigger though.
Disappointed with this product as it is too small to store anything but small brushes and sponges. Lakeland used to sell a larger container with 3 suction pads to stick to the sink which was much more useful.

Although intended as a kitchen sink tidy, I have been using this to hold toiletries in the shower - shower gel on one side and shampoo and conditioner on the other. The raised base allows free drainage and the bar at the back, illustrated with a dishcloth, holds the blade for wiping down the shower afterwards. Perfect!
