Lakeland Large Metal Mesh Basket – Cream

I am so delighted with the aesthetics of this basket, and its functionality. The photo does not do it justice. Well worth the rather steep price tag. All the corners are rounded, the wood handle is rounded - it is sturdy and perfectly balanced. Our cat can't scratch it as it is metal. We use it mostly to transport items up and down our stairs, only requiring one hand, so much safer. Happy to keep it out, as we love the look of it.

This basket is super. I am knitting a blanket with lots of yarns and they all fit in perfectly - as does my 'work in progress' - I can now easily take it out into the garden or wherever I choose to knit. It's well-made with no bits that 'catch' - I am delighted with my purchase.

Love this basket. It's not too heavy, but very sturdy and looks stylish. Such a useful item for many different things. At the moment my two are full of cards I've made but who know to what use they'll be put when the cards have gone.
