This ginger curd tastes amazing! If you like ginger, then you'll love this. I've tried it on toast, pancakes and ice cream so far - all scrummy! It's so good that I've ordered some more...
i love all the curds lakeland sell. they are rich, creamy and flavoursome-l.e. they don't just taste of sugar. this is my favourite now because the warmth of ginger is there, not overpowering but comforting on a cold winters day
really love this ,the taste of ginger is subtle yet warming.
I have used this to complement ginger cakes, on yogurt and toast.Its lovely and ginger taste just right.
I agree with another reviewer that this does not taste like Ginger at all. Not getting even a hint of ginger. It tastes more like Lemon Curd but it is very nice and good quality, better than any supermarket purchased Lemon Curd. I'm going to try it as a sugar alternative in my new Lakeland Ice Cream Maker. Minus 1 star because of the lack of Ginger flavour. I would give it 5 if it was Lemon curd, just for the quality.
