Once it’s been traditionally brewed in small batches over 45 days, Soda Press apply a cold-fill, in-vessel, passive pasteurising technique to their kombucha, with probiotic top-ups at the end of the process to ensure that it’s packed with live probiotics – over 1 billion per serving. And with 12 servings in every bottle, that’s a lot of friendly bacteria.

Fans of SodaStream’s eco-friendly ethos, the Soda Press Co. craft their organic syrups primarily to add delicious flavour to your just-fizzed soda water. But because they’re so carefully made, these syrups are delicious when used as cordials too.
