Lakeland Electric Cupcake Maker

My children are 8 and 10 and they love to bake. When this arrived they were both super excited and could not wait to use it. We preheated the cupcake maker, poured in the mixture and 10 minutes later had lovely, perfect little cupcakes ready to decorate. The cupcakes did not stick to the machine and came out with ease. For my use - I'll be using this machine to make quick healthy frittata's! The machine is of the usual good quality expected from Lakeland and was very easy to clean after use. Great gift idea if you are looking for something different this year for Christmas. Love it!

I bought this thinking it would be fun to use with my grandchildren on their rare visits. However if successful it would be great to use to make little treats for us without heating up a big oven. My granddaughter loved using it but I can see I’m going to use it regularly for us too. The cupcakes are mini sized but that’s ok and it is genuinely non stick. What isn’t so good is the instruction leaflet, only two recipes and the instructions for those are vague and inaccurate so future use including savouries will be experimental. Stars for gadget only!

I am excited to anticipate my Grandaughters reaction at Christmas when she unwraps this gift. Just beginning to independently prepare food I’m certain she’s going to love both baking her cupcakes and decorating them.

Bought to use with Grandchildren. We overfilled it the first couple of times and cupcakes were a little raw in the middle , but we have now got the hang of it and are delighted with end results. Would recommend it.

I have tried four times using the Lakeland recipe then others, but all the same disappointing results ...very flat circles, not at all like a well-risen cupcake! Tried cooking a little longer but then got little burnt tops!! Not up to Lakeland's usual excellent standards.
