Designed to quickly, efficiently and safely get pizza in and out of your fiery-hot Ooni pizza oven, this long-handled peel is also perfect for turning pizza around in the oven towards the heat.
Made from durable anodised aluminium, the surface is perforated to allow steam to evaporate and flour to fall away, while the tapered edge slides neatly under your pizza base without sticking, and the long handle means you don’t have to get too near the searing heat when you’re cooking up a slice.
