From humble beginnings, being handmade in creator Bridget’s kitchen in Newcastle in batches of 20, this truly delicious marmalade is now made locally in Cumbria, as the demand for her delicious creation was too much for Bridget’s kitchen. But worry not, it’s still made in small batches, retaining its homemade quality and Bridget’s high standards – and her marmalade recipes have won awards at the prestigious Dalemain Marmalade Festival in the past, so she knows her stuff!

Great in cocktails

You have to try it to believe it, but it’s a taste sensation like no other. Bridget’s signature cocktail is the ‘Fat Lass Tickle’, with Fat Lass Gin Marmalade, gin, sugar syrup, lemon and prosecco, or Champagne if you’re feeling really fancy.

And a spoonful on top of a hot sponge pudding is a delight too.
