Not all baking chocolate is created equal. So when we heard that Divine were producing this Deliciously Dark Chocolate Bar especially for baking, we were first in the queue to stock it. Made from 70% cocoa solids, this, ahem, divine bar will melt smoothly and is perfect for coating biscuits, topping chocolate cakes, or breaking into chunks to use in cookies and muffins – if you can resist eating it before you bake with it that is.
About Divine
Set up as a cooperative by cocoa farmers in Ghana, who still own 44% of the company, Divine is a socially conscious company that uses only Fairtrade cocoa and other high-quality natural ingredients, says no to the use of palm oil, GMOs and soya, and uses its profits to invest in and benefit local farming communities.
