Made from 70% cocoa solids, this, ahem, divine bar will melt smoothly and is perfect for coating biscuits, topping chocolate cakes, or breaking into chunks to use in cookies and muffins – if you can resist eating it before you bake with it that is.

Set up as a cooperative by cocoa farmers in Ghana, who still own 44% of the company, Divine is a socially conscious company that uses only Fairtrade cocoa and other high-quality natural ingredients, says no to the use of palm oil, GMOs and soya, and uses its profits to invest in and benefit local farming communities.
