"Just Wow"
Strangely not a mustard fan, but this caught my eye, so glad it did, spread on toast with a slice of Jarlsbergh cheese, sit back & enjoy.

The Wasabi Company Wasabi Mustard 175g
Product number: 62595
If you’re a fan of traditional mustard, we think you’ll love the aromatic nose-tingling heat you get from wasabi mustard. Perfect for perking up pork pies and ham sandwiches, sensational slathered on sausages or roast beef and simply superb in salad dressings, The Wasabi Company combines mustard and other natural ingredients with fresh English wasabi, grown on their farms in Dorset and Hampshire – the only places in Europe it is cultivated – to create this all-natural Great Taste Award-winning jar of deliciousness.
About The Wasabi Company
A family business, The Wasabi Company are the only commercial grower of the wasabi plant in Europe. Traditionally grown in Japan, this hardy but hard-to-grow plant is highly prized for its green rhizome, which is grated to make the green paste usually served with sushi and sashimi. Long-time watercress growers, The Wasabi Company discovered that the growing conditions were also perfect for wasabi and now supply fresh wasabi, wasabi plants and a growing range wasabi-based products to the world at large.
