Fitting on top of cups and mugs, Mastrad’s Silicone Teacup & Mug Cosy is a clever way to keep your favourite cuppa hot for longer. And because the silicone is heat-resistant, it can be used to squeeze the last drops of flavour from your tea bag without any risk of scalding your fingers.

Circular ridges inside help it sit straight whatever the size of your cup or mug, and the slot in the side makes it simple to control tea bags with strings – just slide the string through the slot to immerse the tea bag in the hot water, then wind the end around the little stalk-shaped cleat at the top to hold it in place. When your brew is the perfect strength, pull the string up through the slot, squeeze out all the last drops of hot tea, and leave it in the upturned cosy until you’re ready to head to the bin.

Heat resistant up to 250°C.
