madesmart Elevated Sink Drying Mat

This Drying Mat is a great product. I have a Joseph Joseph drainer which is great, but very unstable for putting glasses and cups on. I have the Drying Mat next to it on the draining board and this is where it comes into it's own as it is brilliant for draining glasses and cups. It is completely stable and they drain really well. I would definitely recommend it.

Useful as a sort of mini draining rack for items that don't go into the dishwasher. As another reviewer noted, it's a good idea to have a towel underneath it to help contain the drips. Very good for draining glasses. It could also be used in the sink when washing delicate items, to avoid chipping.

I found this mat a little too small to drain my dishes on however its perfect for just a few things or a small household. I have an aerator and I've lost the plug which covers it and not been able to replace it. Consequently items like knives and spoons fall down and get damaged as well as damaging the aerator. This mat is the perfect size to fit in my sink and cover the plug hole. It may not be the use it was made for but I'm very happy with it.

I didn't find this produce helpful as it is designed to be used, as an in-sink space saving dryer, not least because it stopped me using my sink while things were drying and it is too soft to lift out of the sink with items on top of it. However, it was great to dry small items that otherwise fall through standard drainers, or for drying of glasses etc that otherwise might fall over on standard drainers with wide spaced slats. Just need to have somewhere to catch the drips underneath whilst doing so.
