Perfect For Pizza

Ooni Pro provides a huge cooking area, with four small pizza stones that fit together to create a huge cooking space – more than wide enough to fit a 16" pizza! Made from cordierite, these pizza stones absorb and hold onto the heat generated by the flames in its grate to create a superb cooking surface – and also soak up any moisture in your dough to produce a traditionally crisp and crusty pizza base in as little as 60 seconds. And it’s brilliant for baking rustic breads too.

Unparalleled Versatility

Like the smaller Ooni ovens, Ooni Pro is able to cook much more than ‘just’ pizza… A steak can be sizzled to perfection in as little as 2 minutes, fish fillets and roasted vegetables take no time at all and because it’s bigger, wider and higher inside there’s room for baking all sorts of bread, or cooking a hearty casserole, stew, or even a crisp-crusted pie to warm up your guests on colder evenings. The oven door has a window so you can peep inside, and a thermometer so you can roast large joints of meat, bake and cook with confidence, and top up the fuel if things start to cool down.

You get a choice of doors for the front to match up with your cooking plans: choose between the lift-on, lift-off door with a viewing window and a thermostat; and a low-fronted pizza door with an always-open, letterbox-style slot that lets you slide pizza in and out at speed without losing any precious cooking heat.

An innovative Gas Burner with twin burners and piezo-ignition can be attached and linked up to standard UK propane gas bottles for a constant flame that doesn’t need to be stoked or ‘fed’ to keep it going at a regulated temperature. (Please note: gas burner can only be used with the ‘letterbox’ door.)

Just like its smaller relatives, this bigger oven is efficiently insulated to keep the heat inside where it’s needed, and the foldaway legs stay cool so you can place the oven wherever you want without worrying about scorching any surfaces.

Please note: a bespoke Ooni Pro Cover is available to protect your Pizza Oven from the weather, but it’s recommended that it should be stored indoors in really bad weather or if you’re not going to use it for some time.

Made from stainless steel to match your Ooni Pro Pizza Oven, the Gas Burner Attachment slots easily onto the back of the main unit to allow you to cook with gas if you prefer the consistency of a ‘clean’ blue flame rather than cooking with solid fuel.

Twin gas burners provide your heat source, with an instant-on piezo ignition switch and a simple adjustable dial to increase or decrease the flame, letting you cook at temperatures up to a scorching 600°C. Just like a gas cooker, you can control the heat and forget about the need to stoke a firebox – and, of course, there’s no grate to clean when everything’s cooled down and the guests have gone home.

About Ooni

Fun, sociable and easy to use, Ooni Pizza Ovens were invented by a passionate outdoor cook, Kristian Tapaninaho, who couldn’t find an affordable wood-fired pizza oven anywhere. It had to be a premium, wood-fired oven that didn’t cost the earth, wasn’t too big and that could get you cooking in a short amount of time.
