Keep chilled food cold for longer

One of the biggest dinner party worries is best-served-chilled food warming up while you’re serving it, or while it’s sitting on a table before everyone is ready to eat – but this clever cooling platter keeps your food at the perfect temperature for longer, so you’ve got plenty of time to plate, serve and dine. It’s brilliant for keeping shellfish such as oysters chilled and fresh, and for keeping salads, cheese, sushi, ice cream and chilled desserts cold at the table.

Easy to use with TempControl® technology

Patented TempControl® technology allows this plate to maintain a steady 4°C for 30 minutes, making it perfect for serving food at dinner parties and buffets. Just place the white porcelain plate into your freezer for 70 minutes – the TempControl® technology will absorb the chill and store it – then remove and place into the bamboo platter ready to add your food and serve. The plate will stay at 4°C for half an hour and slowly slowly return to ambient temperature after that after that, so it’s ideal for keeping ice cream, cheese, or chilled desserts cold, and for dining outside on warmer days.
