Patented TempControl® technology allows this plate to maintain a steady 4°C for 30 minutes, making it perfect for serving food at dinner parties and buffets. Just place the plate into your freezer for 70 minutes, then remove and add your food. The plate will stay at 4°C for half an hour and slowly return to ambient temperature after that, so it’s ideal for keeping ice cream, cheese, or chilled desserts cold, and for dining outside on warmer days.
