A bright and glossy addition to your cake decorating armoury, these Knightsbridge PME Red Candy Buttons make it ultra-easy to cover any size of cake, and are ideal for adding patterns, writing and detail to any design.

Compatible with icing and with chocolate, Candy Buttons can be used to decorate all sorts of baked goods and sweet treats. They can be piped into intricate patterns that will hold their shape for topping cupcakes and desserts; they’re ideal for piping a message onto any cake; and they’re great for sweet fondues too – perfect for informal dinner parties, or for persuading children to eat more fruit.

When you want a little colour for decorating cakes, bakes and chocolate creations, there’s nothing easier than these Candy Buttons. They melt to a smooth consistency just like chocolate – but with no need for tempering – and can be piped, spread, dripped or drizzled onto bakes and cakes for decorative effect, and into chocolate moulds to create pretty patterns on the surface of chocolate box shapes.
