"Fantastic gadget" star star star star star Absolutely love this. Use it everyday to store/access raspberries & grapes. Keeps them so fresh for over a week. Look as good as day purchased. Easy to use too. Had issue with one box not sealing, but replaced immediately. Now I can’t imagine life without this!
"Great Product" star star star star star_border Just reading the reviews and product description and didn’t realise you couldn’t use them in the freezer. However I froze some left over turkey and stuffing and split them into four bags they all sealed at the time of freezing but I did notice that only one had lost its vacuum, because it was cooked meat I have used within 28 days and all was perfect even the bag that lost it’s vacuum. So I will carry on using them in the freezer as well as the fridge and for my dry ingredients as they are a great space saver
"Excellent storage Bags" star star star star star_border Pump works well on bags if make sure sealed properly. Have been unable to get food box to vacuum as pump just seals itself over central button but does not extract air from box as instructions and video show. Must be doing something wrong. Would be even better if able to put bags in freezer. support_agent A note from the team Our buying team have said the unit will work the same for the box as it does for the bags. You just need to place it over the green spot on the box and press the button on top. Their only thought is either you're not holding the unit flush so the unit is not able to vacuum properly or the box the you have may be faulty - perhaps a valve isn’t working correctly. In which case we can either replace or refund.
"Could be better" star star star star_border star_border I like this - it’s small, so certainly with the plastic Foodsaver containers it takes a while to remove all the air - but a bit of time compared to waste is time well spent (and the boxes themselves can be hard to seal properly and, indeed, open!!). My biggest gripe is that the bags can’t go in the freezer - and that they are theoretically re-usable - but despite my best efforts they seem quite inefficient for ‘second use’ often letting in air - and they’re not inexpensive. I hope the bags and boxes may be improved. I’ll persevere rather than waste food anytime. Great idea - needs improvement.

We're delighted to hear how pleased you are with this product. Once the air is fully removed you could try tapping the bottom of the container to help release any vacuum. Hope this helps.
