With programmes for Smoothies, Hot Soup and Frozen Desserts, reliable results are guaranteed every time. Just add your ingredients, select your programme on the digital display and the machine does the rest, stopping automatically when its work is done.

Powerful performance

The Vitamix Ascent has the motor power, torque, speed and blade design to process food so that you get all the goodness without losing nutrients. And rather than using a heating element, it’s the friction from the incredibly quick motor that does all the work. Which is why 5 minutes is all it takes to turn uncut, unpeeled veg into fresh, hot, ready-to-serve soup – that’s faster than opening a tin and heating the contents up.

Variable speed control

The variable speed dial and pulse switch also make it easy to fine-tune every texture, from smooth purées through to chunky salsas. For further versatility, the spill-proof lid also has a removable plug so you can add ingredients while blending or when using the included tamper to push ingredients towards the blades.

Wireless connectivity and self-detect technology

Vitamix have built in wireless connectivity to the Ascent 2500i so it’s ready for any future technological innovations. The blender base also communicates with compatible containers, with each one programmed for optimum performance, so it automatically detects and adjusts settings and blending times for the recipe you’re making.
