We’re really pleased to have found these White Edible Wafer Paper Sheets to help create old-fashioned almond macaroons and make personalised cake decorations. Similar to rice paper, this version is made from potato starch, with a touch of sweetener and a hint of vanilla added to make it taste great too.

Ideal for macaroons and biscuits

The ideal way to stop gooey biscuit mixes from sticking to your baking trays, these Edible Paper Sheets are perfect for macaroons, coconut haystacks and lots of other biscuit varieties. Just cut around the baked biscuits once they’re cool or tear around the edges for a more rustic look.

Make cake decorations and toppers
