Chosen as Renshaw’s Colour of the Year 2019, this gorgeous deep berry-coloured sugarpaste is great for covering cakes or biscuits, but also lends itself perfectly to modelling shapes for decorations.

Easy to use straight from the pack, Renshaw’s fondant icing has a light vanilla flavour and dries to a smooth finish which can be painted or dusted to add detail. And you can keep any spare icing fresh simply by wrapping it in clingfilm and keeping it in an airtight container.
