With this Classic Indian Tonic Water Soda Syrup from Soda Press Co., you can make and enjoy guilt-free gin and tonic with your soda machine and never need to worry about adding to your recycling burden by buying pre-bottled tonics from the shops.

A world first, this award-winning clear syrup is created from certified organic ingredients with a lower sugar content than its rivals. Packed with subtle botanical flavours, it has citrus notes that are enhanced by burnt bergamot peel and genuine natural quinine, sourced from sustainably collected cinchona bark.

Fans of SodaStream’s eco-friendly ethos, the Soda Press Company have made their organic sodastream syrups primarily to add delicious flavour to your just-fizzed soda water. But because they’re so carefully made, these syrups are delicious when used as cordials too. Recommended dilution: 30ml syrup to 170ml water.

Created to complement your favourite gin, and able to make up to 16 servings, this reduced-sugar syrup can also be drizzled over grown-up desserts and added to still or sparkling water.

Soda Press use only premium natural and organic ingredients with organic brown rice syrup to create their lovely soda stream flavours. Using a small batch, slow-brew process that takes several days, they extract the maximum flavour from the ingredients before adding a little syrup, filtering the result with spring water then bottling. The brown glass bottles help eliminate the need for preservatives.

Over 90% of the packaging used is recycled, 100% is recyclable, and their entire production line is plastic free from end to end.

Serving suggestion : – we feel a little silly for reminding you that Indian Tonic Water is the classic accompaniment for gin, but it’s also great with a measure of dry vermouth, and can be drunk on its own too.

Soda Press tip : – if you're using a soda machine to create your tonic water, make sure you give the water a little extra fizz as it has to work extra hard with the viscosity of the other ingredients.
