We love the cute logo on this smart 600ml Chameleon Colour-Change Purple Water Bottle, and we’re ardent admirers of the oh-so-clever technology that allows the painted surface to change colour to a rich lilac when you fill the stainless steel bottle with a cool, thirst-quenching drink.

Ideal for anyone who needs refreshment when they’re on the go and making it easy to see how much of your chilled beverage is left inside the bottle, the tell-tale colour shows up whether you’ve been drinking enough – and lets you know when it’s time for a refill.

Sitting on a shelf, this bottle looks pretty boring… Apart from the super-cute chameleon logo it looks like any other white-painted water bottle, but fill it from the tap – or office water cooler – and, as it fills, you will see the colour change as the cool contents affect the temperature of the stainless steel that it’s made from. And, of course, there’ll be a white handprint to show where you were holding the bottle.

Firmly attached to the top of the leakproof lid, there’s a grippy silicone loop that makes the bottle easy to pick up and carry while you’re moving around the gym or travelling round town.

If you’re keen to keep the unique paintwork pristine, the Chameleon Water Bottle comes with a stretchy pink silicone casing that’ll help insulate the contents and protect the bottle from knocks and scratches. It has a wavy, cut-out viewing window so you can see a strip of the colour-changing paint and keep an eye on the levels inside the bottle, and it also protects the paintwork from harsh UV rays if you’re exercising outdoors.

The bottle and its lid are made from stainless steel – the removable protective cover and the carry loop are silicone – all naturally free from BPA.
