Handcrafted in small batches in St. Paul, Minnesota, this blend of alcohol, orange rind, spices, sugar and water will add a new dimension to Old Fashioneds and Manhattans, and lend its richly aromatic flavours of citrus and spices to a wide variety of cocktail concoctions and tasty tipples. And there’s no danger of going overboard and adding too much, thanks to the pipette at the top, which lets you carefully craft your cocktail to the very last drop.

Mix an Old Fashioned

Just to whet your appetite, here’s our simple recipe for mixing an Old Fashioned Cocktail:

• 1. Add a splash of warm water and 2-3 drops of Dashfire Old Fashioned Bitters to a tumbler.
• 2. Add a sugar cube, stir until dissolved, then add a large ice cube and one measure of rye or bourbon whiskey.
• 3. Stir, garnish with a curl of orange peel, and serve.
