• Lime, Galangal & Orange – galangal – an Eastern ginger – adds a hint of heat to citrusy flavours.
• Not So Plain Tonic – with Cinchona bark and Sicilian lemon juice.
• Original Recipe – warmly spiced with cassis, cloves and allspice.
• Yarrow, Rosehip & Elderflower – delicate, sweet and summery.

Made to pair beautifully with different blends and flavours of gin, these completely natural syrups contain no artificial flavourings, and are easy to mix up to craft your own bespoke tonic water. Simply mix the syrups 1:5 with soda water, then add to your gin of preference for a truly delicious and flavoursome drink. They’re great with cocktails and other spirits like vodka, and can also be mixed with sparkling water for a wonderfully flavoured, non-alcoholic soft drink.

About Jeffrey’s Tonic

Based in Chester, Jeffrey’s Tonic was set up by married couple Mike and Maureen ‘Mo’ Robinson. It all started with a book for Christmas, and they soon found that the recipes for home-made tonics failed to make the cut – but the principle absolutely did. They saw a gap in the market for syrups for gin, which were popular in the USA, but not well-known in the UK, and set about creating their own tonic syrups using the best, completely natural combinations of herbs and spices.
