Just when we thought we’d tasted it all, along came these crunchy little Gin Cornichons, and we’re happy to report that they weren’t what we expected – in a good way! Encouraged to help ourselves (we don’t need asking twice), we were delightfully surprised by their mild floral flavour, and were quickly coming up with ideas for all the cocktails, buffets and charcuterie plates we plan on enjoying them with.

A match made in heaven for gin and vodka-based drinks, these extra-fine mini gherkins are pickled in a unique blend of gin with juniper and fresh citrus notes, as well as hints of mustard seed and coriander. You’ll have to take our word for it, but these lovely cocktail cornichons have an intriguing burst of flavour with a finish that’s on the subtle side of sharp – even those of us who usually steer clear of pickles dipped into the jar more than once!
