Just what you need for holding cold cuts from your Sunday roast or for the contents of packets from your local deli or the supermarket chiller, Tatay’s cleverly designed Fresh Cold Cut Fridge Storage Box is ideal for carrying a home-made sandwich or a slice of leftover pizza to work for lunch. The perfect place to store the contents of shop-bought packs of cheese, ham or pastrami, it’s also great for storing pre-prepared crudités, or slices of fruit for healthy snacks or to decorate desserts and drinks.
Stackable
Ridges on the base lock into the inset panel on the see-through lid so it’s no trouble to stack more than one securely together and keep your fridge nice and tidy, and it’s available in more than one colour, so it’ll be easy to create a colour-coded system for identifying what type of food is in each box.
Microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe
Heat-resistant up to 100°C, and able to withstand an incredible -40°C, this container can safely go into the microwave to heat up leftovers or into the freezer to keep them stored for another day – and when it’s done its job, the unhinged lid and base come apart easily for cleaning, or can be popped straight into the dishwasher.
Robust and durable
Solidly constructed from BPA-free polypropylene, this robust container has a matt texture to the base and edges of the lid to help you keep a secure grip and the solid base means it stays stable on flat surfaces.

This is a great product when you don't use a whole pack of meat or cheese slices in one sitting. This will help to reduce plastic use. It did take a few practices to open the box but it did not take long. I do have mild Arthritis and can see if someone has severe Arthritis it may be difficult to use.
I have read the other reviews but I think some are missing the point. The top is meant to come off easily, every time because this is for storage and serving. Really good for sliced meats and bacon, sliced cheese, anything flat. So good, I bought another one. And, because there's little stress on the hinge, should last and last.
These stack easily in the fridge and prevent sliced meats and cheese from drying out, thereby reducing food waste. The lid detaches easily from the base and both sit in the plate rack in the dishwasher. They are loose hinged as in the picture and require a little practice in the technique of opening and closing, however, this feature means you can both serve from them and clean them easily. I remove meat from its packaging and find it keeps fresh very well in these containers.
Great for keeping sliced cold meat, better than wrapping in foil or cling film and takes up very little space in the fridge.
