With five colours in the pack, Rainbow Dust Colours' Edible Food Art Pens are double-ended, so it’s like having ten pens in the set rather than five! Ideal for drawing fine outlines for complex patterns, writing messages onto icing, filling in blocks of colour, as well as for picking out raised detail on embossed patterns and adding definition to 3D models, you’ll be so glad you invested in these when you’re finishing detailed cake decorations with ease.

In the pack there are black, red, yellow, royal blue and leaf green pens – the edible ink flows freely so they’re super-easy to use with just the lightest touch – and you can even draw directly onto a finished cake if you’re as confident as the professional cake decorators these pens were developed for. They dry fast too, so there are no worries about ink running when you’re drawing eyelashes onto a sugarpaste model of a bride or adding hand-drawn veins to icing leaves for an edible bouquet of roses.

Thick and thin nibs

At one end there’s a superfine 0.5mm nib for detailed work and, at the other, a broader 2.5mm nib for colouring bold patterns.
