Easily carve cooked meats and bread

With two pairs of twin stainless steel serrated blades that work in tandem, this knife cuts cleanly and quickly through whatever you need to slice. Finely serrated blades make light work of the Christmas bird, joints of beef or lamb, cooked hams and home-made loaves, while the more widely serrated blades are perfect for vegetables, fruit and cake.

Easy to use

All you have to do is switch it on and draw it back and forth across your meat or loaf to slice without shredding – in fact it’s so simple to use, you might suddenly find that everyone wants to have a go at the carving.

Quick-release blades

All it takes to release the blades is a simple touch of the eject button, and you can carefully ease them out of the slots in the handle.
