When you think of a meat mincer, attractive isn’t usually the first word that jumps to mind, but when we were shown this Electronic Meat Grinder, we had to think again. With its matt black body and chrome tray and detailing, you can leave it out in your kitchen with pride. And it’s not just a pretty face – this easy-to-use mincer will not only make mincemeat of chunks of beef (up to 2kg in 3 minutes) for your Bolognese and your burgers and meatballs, its extra attachments mean you can make your own sausages and kebabs too, so you can be sure of the quality of the meat and ingredients that goes into everything you make.

Sausage and kebab attachments
A good sausage can sometimes be hard to find, with many having dubious ingredients and questionable meat quality, and the same can be said of kebabs – you never know (and probably don’t want to think about) what’s been mixed in with the meat, or where the meat itself is sourced from. Thanks to the sausage and kebab attachments included with this grinder, you have complete control over what goes in. Try adding extra herbs, spices or even fruits to your meaty creations – then you can really impress friends and family at your next barbecue with your gourmet bangers and kebabs.
Easy to use
Once you’ve attached your required tool, simply place the meat you’d like to grind on the stainless steel tray and slowly feed small chunks through the hole at the end of the tray into the mincing chamber. Use the pusher to gently feed the meat in, but be careful not to apply to much pressure, as forcing the meat through can block the machine. After 3 minutes, pause for 30 seconds to let the machine cool down before continuing.
Reverse function
If you accidentally put too much meat into the mincing chamber at once and wind up with a blockage, worry not, as the handy reverse button on the side on the machine (next to the start button) will reverse the action, moving the meat back in the other direction to clear the blockage.
