Fully automatic system

This clever machine is fully automatic so it does all the hard work for you, creating 450g of fresh pasta in just 18 minutes. With fast automatic mixing, kneading and extruding, it produces a variety of different pasta – spaghetti, fettuccine, lasagne and penne – thanks to the four shaping discs, while guaranteeing a good texture and taste. The uniquely designed mixing paddle ensures the flour and liquid are mixed evenly and thoroughly from every corner in the mixing chamber, while the long kneading tube results in a perfect springy dough. Controlled by a simple control knob on top of the machine, with options for Off, Auto Operation and Extra-extrusion, and a Start/Stop button, it’s so quick and easy to use.

How to use

Attach your preferred shaping disc to the machine and secure the shaping disc holder over the top. Add a full level cup of flour, turn the control knob to the automatic setting and press the Start/Stop button to begin. Slowly pour the correct amount of liquid ingredients through the slot in the lid as it mixes. Once the dough has finished kneading, it will be extruded through the shaping disc at the front, creating your required pasta shape – use the cleaning tool to cut the pasta to your desired length by moving it downwards as it’s extruded.

Home-made fresh pasta

It’s never been easier to create fresh home-made pasta and you can even make your own personalised flavours. You could trying using different flours, such as wholewheat, durum or spelt, and you can add colour and flavour by adding carrot, beetroot, spinach and other vegetable juices.

Compact size

A great addition to any kitchen, it takes up very little room on your worktop, and it also fits neatly into a cupboard when not in use.
