About the Trattoria cutlery range
Among the earliest designs to come from the Robert Welch studios, the Trattoria range of cutlery arrived on the scene in 1961. Inspired by European bistro dining – a new concept to Britain in that era – the knife blades are made from specially hardened stainless steel to give the best possible cutting edge and the spoons and forks are made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel. The whole range has contrasting matt black, wood-effect handles attached with glossy stainless steel compression rivets.
Matching Steak Knives are also available.
Please note: while this range of cutlery can be washed in your dishwasher, the Robert Welch team recommend hand washing to prevent the steel from dulling and to prolong the life of the handles.
