• Cole’s Classic Christmas Pudding with Premium Ale – a closely-guarded recipe from the earliest days of the bakery, this pudding has a light texture and a deep fruity flavour that’s helped along by the addition of a premium English ale.
• Brandy, Port & Walnut Christmas Pudding – all the traditional tastes of Christmas rolled into one delicious pudding. The fruit is soaked in brandy and port the day before each pudding is made to maximise the luscious flavours. Contains prunes, apricots and walnuts as well as all the more traditional dried fruits.
• Rum & Double Cream Christmas Pudding – the dried fruit has been soaked in Caribbean rum before being added to all the other ingredients, while the addition of English double cream ensure that this sticky fruit pudding is a truly indulgent treat.
• English Privilege Christmas Pudding – made with the finest Scotch malt whisky, Madeira wine, sherry and English ale, it may not come with a silver spoon, but it deserves to be eaten with one!
