Makes a range of vegan cheeses

Inside the easy-to-use kit you’ll find everything you need to make delicious vegan versions of soft mozzarella, firm mozzarella, halloumi, marinated feta, ricotta, cream cheese and mascarpone.

No specialist equipment required

Designed to be made in any kitchen, it’s so easy to use, even if you’ve never made cheese before – there’s no specialised equipment or experience required – all you need to add is vegan-friendly ‘milk’ and your choice of nuts and spices, depending on what recipe you’re making.

Full kit, instructions and recipes included

The kit contains: a thermometer, cheese cloth, citric acid, agar, tapioca flour, yeast flakes, cheese salt, instructions and a recipe booklet.

Dairy and gluten-free

As well as being vegan (and therefore dairy-free), all the ingredients are gluten-free and contain no artificial flavours or preservatives.

How long does it take?

Most recipes require between 4 to 8 hours’ soaking time and 30 minutes’ cooking time, so you can be enjoying your fresh, home-made vegan cheese the same day.

How much does it make?

The kit makes three batches of each recipe – approx. 3.6kg (8lb) of vegan cheese in total before you need to buy additional ingredients.
