Using our containers for the first time the middle size box slipped out of my grip and fell to the wooden floor. It contained cooked vegetables and the corner smashed, rendering it unusable. The initial reply to my complaint was that this should be expected. A second query via chat when I found I couldn't leave a review online was more conciliatory and has resulted in this comment.
