A handsome trio, this 3-Piece Set of Beech-Handled Cheese Knives from Taylor’s Eye Witness makes a great addition to any family kitchen – and is an ideal gift for friends and family who love cheese.

Set includes:

• Hard cheese knife – with a squared-off, deep blade like a mini cleaver. It’s ideal for cutting through blocks of harder cheeses such as cheddar, Emmental or even Parmesan. Blade approx. 7cm.
• Soft cheese knife – with a long, curved blade with large holes cut into it to minimise the chances of soft cheeses such as Camembert or Brie from sticking to the knife when you want them on your plate. It has a forked tip so it’s easy to lift small chunks of cheese from the board to someone’s plate. Blade approx. 12cm.
• Cheese plane – with a sharp blade that needs little pressure to shave a slice from a block of semi-hard cheese such as Cheddar, Edam, or Red Leicester. Ideal for sandwiches and slivers of cheese to fit cream crackers. Blade approx. 4.5cm W.
