And the pattern of holes along the blade doesn’t just evoke every cartoon mouse’s favourite snack, in conjunction with the special Boska waffle-patterned blade, it reduces friction when you’re cutting soft and stickier varieties of the tastiest fromage so nothing sticks.

The forked tip of the knife allows you to pass a piece to a fellow cheese addict, or to your own plate, without using your fingers – and without passing the whole cheeseboard along the table!
