Specifically designed for cutting through soft and sticky varieties of cheese, the Boska Monaco+ Pro No. 3 Soft Cheese Knife has a thin blade that’s perfect for getting through the crusts of cheeses such as Camembert or Brie, and the super-narrow profile ensures that softer fromage doesn’t have any chance to stick.

Double-sided blade

Sharpened on both sides of the blade, the fine edge makes it easy to cut through any variety of soft cheese, while the nicely weighted solid stainless steel handle is a pleasure to hold.

Patented quilted blade with non-stick coating

The criss-cross waffle pattern has been developed by Boska to help keep the Monaco+ Cheese knives from sticking to a block of cheese as you cut a slice, with the regularly spaced grooves allowing a little air between the cheese and the knife as the blade glides through. And, the addition of a special non-stick treatment means you’ll be able to cut through slice after slice with ease.

Dishwasher safe

Solidly made from brushed stainless steel with their special non-stick coating, Monaco+ cheese knives are easy to clean – but if you’re really short of time, they can go in the dishwasher too.
