Double-sided blade

Sharpened on both sides of the blade, the fine edge makes it easy to cut slices from hard and semi-hard cheeses, while the nicely weighted solid stainless steel handle is a pleasure to hold.

Patented quilted blade with non-stick coating

The criss-cross waffle pattern has been developed by Boska to help keep the Monaco+ Cheese knives from sticking to a block of cheese as you cut a slice, with the regularly spaced grooves allowing a little air between the cheese and the knife as the blade glides through. And, the addition of a special non-stick treatment means you’ll be able to cut through slice after slice with ease.

Dishwasher safe

Solidly made from brushed stainless steel with their special non-stick coating, Monaco+ cheese knives are easy to clean – but if you’re really short of time, they can go in the dishwasher too.
