We’re big fans of Munchy Seeds, so when we heard there was a new flavour to enjoy, we knew it had to go straight into our range – after extensive taste testing in the office first, of course. Munchy Seeds Caramel is the usual delicious combination of sunflower and pumpkin seeds, but this time they’ve been gently roasted in caramel with a little sea salt added to tantalise your taste buds and add an extra dimension to yoghurt, ice cream fruit salads and breakfast cereals.

Rich in protein, fibre, iron and zinc, this Munchy Seeds mixture is delicious for snacking when you’re out in the fresh air, and a delightful addition to yoghurt, porridge, pudding and more…
